Mon parcours vers les métiers d’avenir

J’ai fondé Your World Education Lab après plus de 6 ans à concevoir des programmes d’apprentissage expérientiel pour des universités prestigieuses comme Harvard, Columbia et NYU, et à travailler dans les admissions aux États-Unis. 

Au fil des années, j’ai observé un problème majeur : 

les étudiants prennent des décisions académiques importantes sans comprendre les métiers d’avenir, ni les compétences réellement recherchées sur le marché. 

J’ai vu des étudiants intégrer de grandes universités… 

mais sans direction claire. 

C’est pour cela que j’ai créé Your World Education Lab : 

  • pour relier orientation, études et métiers d’avenir 
  • pour construire des parcours alignés avec les réalités du marché
  • et pour éviter les choix par défaut.

Aujourd’hui, j’ai accompagné 300+ étudiants vers des universités telles que Princeton, NYU, UCL ou King’s College London. 

Mais surtout : je les aide à construire une trajectoire cohérente avec leur futur, pas seulement à intégrer une école

Où j’accompagne les étudiants

J’accompagne des étudiants en France, au Liban, au Maroc et à l’international.
Les accompagnements se font principalement à distance, avec des étudiants issus de différents systèmes éducatifs (français, IB, américain, britannique…). Je propose également des interventions en présentiel : conférences, ateliers et accompagnement en établissements.

Elsa Boustany is the founder of Your World Education Lab, an international education consultancy dedicated to helping students align their university choices with future-proof careersand personal purpose.

After over 6 years designing experiential learning programs for top institutions like Harvard, Columbia, and NYU, and leading undergraduate admissions efforts for IE University across the U.S. and Canada, Elsa saw a growing need for change: students were navigating university decisions without a clear sense of who they were, what they needed, or where the world was headed.

With deep experience in program design, admissions strategy, and career guidance, Elsa launched Your World Education Lab to fill that gap — bringing orientation to the forefront and focusing on outcomes that actually matter: career relevance, financial sustainability, and self-alignment.
