Our Story

Your World Education Lab was founded by Elsa Boustany, after more than 6 years designing experiential learning programs for top universities like Harvard, Columbia, and NYU, and working in U.S. admissions.

Through her work with hundreds of students and elite institutions, Elsa noticed a growing disconnect: students were chasing prestigious degrees without clarity on their career direction, life purpose, or return on investment.

Elsa Boustany is the founder of Your World Education Lab, an international education consultancy dedicated to helping students align their university choices with future-proof careers
and personal purpose.

After over 6 years designing experiential learning programs for top institutions like Harvard, Columbia, and NYU, and leading undergraduate admissions efforts for IE University across the U.S. and Canada, Elsa saw a growing need for change: students were navigating university decisions without a clear sense of who they were, what they needed, or where the world was headed.

With deep experience in program design, admissions strategy, and career guidance, Elsa launched Your World Education Lab to fill that gap — bringing orientation to the forefront and focusing on outcomes that actually matter: career relevance, financial sustainability, and self-alignment.

A proud graduate of City, University of London and IE Business School, Elsa has helped over 300 students craft compelling applications, win scholarships, and gain admission to top global universities — including Princeton, NYU, UCL, and King’s College London.

Born and raised in Lebanon, educated across Europe, and deeply connected to global education trends, Elsa blends cultural awareness with strategic clarity. She believes every student deserves more than just a school — they deserve a life they’ve chosen, and a future they’re proud to grow into.
